Daddy's Teddy Bear When I eventually woke up from my induced acoma, the first thing I did was ask for my Daddy. My dad came in and gave me this little soft teddy bear dressed in a doctor's outfit. He gave it to me and told me that the bear represented him and I took it with me during all my tests and medical procedures. I still have my teddy bear sitting on my night stand. The teddy bear represents my dad is always there, and it's a constant memory of the situation. The bear reminds me how lucky I am to be alive and well every single day.
